New Artwork Created in Bisbee, AZ

Springtime Flowers 2024 Collection

After a long winter comes hope, rebirth, and the flowers of Springtime.
From one Arizona mining town to another - With the help of a good friend, I finished loading up my belongings into a U-Haul truck on a cold winter morning in Jerome.  With my three copilots, cats Leo, Luna, and Boo, we began our journey. Nine hours and 317 miles later, we landed in our new spot, Bisbee.

After a 6-month dry-spell without a drop of creativity, I couldn't shut off the fountain of artwork pouring out of me. Just about every few days in my new studio, a converted detached garage behind the house I'm living in, I painted. So far, six small paintings have emerged. I am surrounded by the beauty and joy of flowers.

This bold move, literally and figuratively, saved my life. Depression and anxiety are no joke. I'm pushing myself every day, enjoying getting out and meeting new like-minded people, seeing art everywhere, and feeling a ton of gratitude for this life I'm living. Creating art is my therapy.

As with all of my artwork, this collection is now for sale. There are six small original paintings, watercolors on canvas, unframed and ready to ship or local pick up (no prints). Thank you for supporting local artists, and thank you for listening.

Thankfully,
Zushka
